WELCOME

Our number one rule is you must have a good time! We have so many things to do in the area we want to make sure you take the time to experience as many things that your time here will allow. If we can help you with anything, just let us know and we will do our best to help you out. If you have any suggestions, we are always open to anything that will make your stay more pleasant.

100% Refundable if canceled at least 30 days in advance of arrival date.

ARRIVAL

When you arrive, the front door on the top level above the garage is your first and main entry point. The key code will be sent to you via text or e-mail the day of your arrival by 4:00 pm as soon as we have the house ready for you. You can check in anytime after 4:00. If we get the house ready before 4:00 we will let you know. We have a motion light in the front if you arrive after dark. When you get to the door simply enter the code to access the house. We change the key codes for each guest so your code will be for the duration of your stay.

PARKING

There is parking for cars or vehicles on the lower level in front of the garage. You do not have access to the garage. There is additional parking on the east side of the home for RV's or Boats or if you do not want to go up and down the stairs.

TRASH

We kindly ask that you remove your trash when you leave the home. We have provided 2 trash cans for your use while you are here and we also ask that you separate your waste from the recycle products. Page does not currently have a recycle program. Trash Pick in on Wednesday. Trash cans are located next to the garage on the lower level. If you are in the house on Tuesday evening, please put the trash out by the street by the tree before you go to bed. They come by early in the morning. Thank you!

KITCHEN

We want you to enjoy our kitchen but please be respectful. We ask that you clean your dishes, pots & pans, coffee maker etc. On your last day please make sure all are clean before you depart. Please deposit your trash into the large green bins outside. We want our next guest to enjoy their stay as much as you.
