We are located in a quiet neighborhood just off Lake Powell Blvd, the main street in Page,  at #5 Veronica Court and close many restaurants and stores. We have 2 main grocery stores located within 15 minutes of the house. Safeway, 5 minutes away and Wal-Mart Superstore about 12 minutes away. 3 banks and several ATM’s are also only 5 minutes away. Mail delivery in Page is via PO Boxes and the Post Office is also 5 minutes away. Page Airport is only 2 minutes away with connecting flights via Great Lakes Airlines. Page has 11 different churches to worship at and most are located on Church Row on Lake Powell Blvd. Page also has a wonderful hospital operated by Banner Health in the center of town along with Urgent Care Clinic. We also have a wonderful hiking trail, approx. 11 miles in length surrounding Page and access just 5 minutes away. World Famous Antelope Canyon and Horseshoe Bend are located about 15 minutes from the house. Wahweap Marina (Lake Powell Resorts) and Antelope Point Marina are both about 20 minutes to the launch ramp. Centrally located with many things to see and do just a short drive away.

Our number one rule is you must have a good time!  We have so many things to do in the area we want to make sure you take the time to experience as many things that your time here will allow.  If we can help you with anything, just let us know and we will do our best to help you out.  If you have any suggestions, we are always open to anything that will make your stay more pleasant.


 

CHECK-IN/OUT


 

Check-in time: After 4:00 PM
Check out time: Before 10:00 AM


 

Quiet time: 10:00 PM–7:00 AM


 

CANCELLATION POLICY


 

100% Refundable if canceled at least 30 days in advance of arrival date.

ARRIVAL 


 

When you arrive there is an electronic lock on the front door.  The combination will be sent to you via text or e-mail the day of your arrival.  We have a motion light in the front if you arrive after dark.  If you come to the door and it is dark, all you have to do is push the Schlage button at the top of the lock and it will light up.  Enter your code and the door will unlock.  You have 10 sec to open the door before it locks again.  When you go in the door will automatically lock when you close it.  We change the key codes for each guest so your code will be for the duration of your stay.


 

PARKING


 

There is concrete parking spaces for 2 vehicles  in front of the garage and  2 vehicles in the garage if you would like.  If you want to park on the street, make sure you park In the legal direction and DO NOT park on the sidewalk.


 

TRASH


 

We kindly ask that you remove your trash when you leave the home. We have provided several trash cans for your use while you are here and we also ask that you separate your waste from the recycle products. Page recycles Aluminum, Cardboard, Plastic (Picks Up on Thursday) We also have provided for you a recycle bin outside next to the garage, GREEN Bin, (regular waste is picked up on Monday) and is also located next to the garage out front, big BLUE bin. Help us out and do your part.


 

KITCHEN


 

We want you to enjoy our kitchen but please be respectful. We ask that you clean your dishes, pots & pans, coffee maker etc. On your last day please make sure all is clean before you depart. Please deposit your trash and recyclable materials into the large bins outside. We want our next guest to enjoy their stay as much as you.
