Our Policies

The Bear's Den B&B is an exclusive property where every guest reservation is both important and special to us. Please read through our policies below.

CANCELLATIONS

If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call us at least seven days* prior to your arrival date to cancel your reservation.

In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than seven days* notice, shorten your stay or check out early, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation. If we can re-book your room(s), a full or partial refund will be made.

*A 30 day cancellation notice is required on whole house bookings and for some holidays and special events.

RATES SUBJECT TO CHANGE

Rates/policies are subject to change and vary during high impact periods and special requests.

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT

Check-in: 3 p.m. - 7 p.m. Other arrangements will be considered depending on reservations the day before and after.

Please let us know at the time of booking if you have a special need.  We would like to accommodate guests if possible but please be considerate of the other guests we have.

Check-out: 11 a.m.

QUIET TIME

Quiet time is from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m.

NO SMOKING

Absolutely no smoking inside; however designated outdoor smoking areas are available.

NO PETS

No pets. Please call for help in making arrangements to board your pet.

CHILDREN

We love children. However, because of our limited space we may not have room for larger groups. Please call to make arrangements.

GIFT CERTIFICATE POLICIES

Gift certificates must be presented at the time of reservation and cannot be combined with other discounts or gift certificates. Gift certificates cannot be redeemed for cash.
